Chimerical is an AI-native project management tool. You describe
what you're working on in plain language, and Chimerical assembles
a configured workspace around your answer. Traditional project
management views combine with a creative exploration canvas, an
ideation space unique to Chimerical that's filled with exactly the
tools you need — no manual setup required.
You can start using Chimerical immediately without an account —
your projects are saved locally in your browser. To sync your work
across devices and keep it safe long-term, you can sign up with
just your email. No password needed.

product launch," "write my thesis," "organize a home renovation."
Chimerical classifies your intent, names your project, and builds
a workspace around it. The whole thing takes about ten seconds.

The product
List is structured task management with due dates, priorities,
subtasks, and progress tracking. Board is a Kanban view for workflow
visibility. Canvas is a first of its kind spatial surface for
open-ended thinking — sticky notes, freehand drawing, and ideation.
What's special about Chimerical is that all three views share the
same underlying project data — switching views changes the lens, not
the work.
No. Chimerical uses AI to understand your project and assemble your
workspace — but the thinking happens on the canvas, not in a
conversation window. It's a muse, not a director. This product is
intentionally not generative, and is not a replacement for your
thinking.
Canvas Awareness is Chimerical's ambient intelligence layer, the
thing that makes Canvas view special. The canvas observes your
processes — what you touch, what you return to, what sits untouched
— and occasionally surfaces a quiet observation or suggestion. It
never directs you. It pays attention and responds. Think of it as
the canvas being alive.
Chimerical is currently optimized for desktop. Mobile support is on
the roadmap and will arrive as a dedicated workstream — touch canvas
interactions, responsive layouts, and mobile-specific navigation.
For now, the best experience is on a desktop browser.
Multi-user collaboration is on the roadmap. The initial release of
Chimerical is single-user — but shared workspaces, real-time
presence, and task assignment are coming. It's designed with teams
in mind from the ground up.
Pricing & access
Yes — Chimerical includes a free baseline option. The free tier
includes up to three projects, local and cloud persistence, and
the full AI onboarding experience. A paid Pro tier is available on
day one, which includes unlimited projects as the key feature. As
we continue to develop the project, this will evolve into specific
Pro-only features — see our roadmap for more information on that.
Pro is $9/month and starts with unlimited projects — but that's
just the beginning. Pro is where Chimerical's most powerful
features will live as the product grows. Canvas snapshots,
advanced analytics, Front Desk, file attachments, and more are all
coming to Pro first. The free tier will always work and will
receive bug fixes, but significant new features — the ones that
make your creative process genuinely more powerful — will be a Pro
experience. If you're serious about using Chimerical as a thinking
tool, Pro is where that happens.
Yes. Your project data is stored in your account and is not used
to train AI models or shared with third parties. Cloud sync uses
Supabase with row-level security — only you can access your data.
The roadmap includes Milestones, Analytics, Front Desk, multi-user
collaboration, and a Claude Connector that lets you interact with
your projects directly from Claude.ai. Chimerical is being built
in public — the product is moving fast, and we'd love to have you
with us on that journey.
